There's word that the fourth in the franchise will be coming out in 2009. It's supposed to revolve around a car race at a speedway track. I think these are great movies. Number two kinda sucked - but still something can be done.
It was began filming on June 2008 at Mobile International Speedway in Mobile, Alabama.

The story has been done way too many times, but these remain some of my fav horror films because of the death scenes. Looking forward to seeing what they can come up - 3d style - nothing like blood & body parts being flung your way
